Reflection

This assignment provided an opportunity to experience the effects of the practice over six days. At first, I was unsure about the process, but I quickly became comfortable as I adapted to the routine. I tracked my heart rate before and after each session, observing a noticeable decrease, indicating that it helped lower stress levels.

It has various health benefits, such as reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and increasing focus. Types include mindfulness, transcendental, and guided practice, each offering unique approaches to mental clarity and relaxation.

Throughout my daily activities and work, I noticed a calmer demeanor and greater patience.
